University invites applications for admissions in various weekend (Saturday - Sunday) programmes. Before applying for admission, candidates may refer the prospectus placed on the university website www.dcrustm.org

# Over and above, five Seats (Three seats for Health Department, Government of Haryana and Two seats for University of Health Sciences, Rohtak) are reserved for sponsored candidates.

Prospectus-cum-Application Forms can be downloaded from website or can obtain from the reception counter /office of weekend programme(Administrative Block) on all days (Monday to Sunday) w.e.f. 21.02.2011 (9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M) up to 17.06.2011(extended) on payment of Rs.1000/- in cash or through Demand Draft or can be downloaded from the University website which should be accompanied by Demand Draft of the same amount or can be obtained through post by sending a Demand Draft of Rs.1050/- up to 10.06.2011(extended) from The office of Programme Director, Weekend Programme. Demand Draft should be in favour of Registrar, DCRUST, Murthal (SFS A/C- 31133787915), payable at Sonepat/Delhi. In case the candidates are found ineligible or applications are received late, application fee will not be refunded. No enclosure is required with the application except Demand Draft (in case of downloaded form) for those who appear in the entrance test. However, for admission on the basis of qualifying degree basis in PG programme, all relevant documents are to be attached with the application. In case of eligibility in more than one course, separate application form is to be submitted for each course in which the candidate is interested for admission. Admit cards for entrance test shall be collected in person from venue of examination one hour before the start of the test. The erstwhile Chhotu Ram State College of Engineering, Murthal Haryana Government Institute was upgraded to Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal through an act of legislation dated 30.10.2006 issued vide Haryana Govt. notification No. Leg./33-2006 dated 6.11.2006.The University is located on the National Highway No. 1(G.T. Road) 48 Km. from ISBT, New Delhi towards Chandigarh. The location of university falls within one of the fastest growing industrial belt of Haryana. The University is spread over 273 acres and has a fully residential campus with ample built up space in a contemporary architectural idiom.
